CreateSurvey collects and stores the Surveyor’s (client’s) name, email address, postal address, and phone number. This information is used solely for account administration, customer support and essential service communication.
All personal information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties.
Survey Responses
Survey responses are accessible only to Surveyors and authorised CreateSurvey administrative staff. CreateSurvey does not disclose surveys, raw response data or aggregated results to third parties.
Surveyors are fully responsible for the lawful and appropriate use of the respondent data they collect, including personally identifiable information. By using CreateSurvey, Surveyors agree to handle respondent information responsibly and in the best interest of their participants.
IP Addresses and Cookies
CreateSurvey records the IP addresses of Surveyors and respondents to identify approximate geographic location (country), ensure platform security and prevent fraudulent activity.
Cookies are used to maintain Surveyor sessions and, when enabled in survey settings, to uniquely identify respondents if only one response per visitor is allowed.
